Jesus calls us to love our neighbor as our self in Matthew 23. Let’s do life together with Jesus by showing Christ’s love for our neighbor through small acts of kindness.

We are meeting 11/22/08 at the CCC at 11am to show love to our community.  Bring warm clothes, a rake, garbage bags, and a servants heart.  The event will be at various locations in the community until about 130pm. Please eat prior to the event.

It’s finally here! Let’s celebrate!
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 11/15/08 at 10am
We are asking everyone to park in the church parking lot by the MPR and be bused to the CCC.
Parking is limited and reserved for dignitaries and community guests. Buses will leave at 9:35 and 9:50 for the outdoor event.
We will also be broadcast during the 11/23 am services if you prefer to celebrate then. It’s exciting!!

Sports, Games, Movies, Food, and lots of fun for the whole family!
Space is limited to the first 200 people so please register in the main lobby. First come, first play!

School has started and the financial stress of preparing a child for the school year can be burdensome for many families. Give a Kid a Chance, Delaware wanted to help these families send thier children off to school on the right foot.

The gym was filled with fun and excitement for the new school year as children were getting thier faces painted and visiting with Elmo. They also got a sack lunch, a free haircut, a new pair of sneakers, a medical checkup, dental screening, and a backpack filled with school supplies.

If you would like to donate to the clothing closet- please drop off your donation after November 18th between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday at the main front doors.

Sadly- it appears that we did not get the grant form Hamburger Helper.  We will apply for the next cycle in March. Thank you again for your support.
